The flat has a balcony overlooking the front of the house. The rental cost for this flat is just 700 Egyptian pounds per week (approx 80 GBP at current exchange rates), with no deposit payable.
The English owner requests payment in full upon arrival in Egyptian Pounds.

The owner is resident in her own flat on the Ground Floor of the house and is therefore on hand at all times to assist with any enquiries or difficulties that guests may have.
